I'll be starting off the New Year on the Big Island of Hawaii...5 glorious days hanging out at the beach followed by teaching a fun 3 day workshop "Color Theory and Techniques in Watercolor". A beautiful place, wonderful people, and a favorite subject of mine...I can't wait!
When I return, I'm looking forward to spending lots of time in the studio...Painting, Painting and more Painting! Too many ideas rolling around in my head! I'll also be teaching some new classes/workshops at my studios in Placerville and Sacramento. Check out the class pages to the left for more info.
Valentine's Day ~ I'll be giving a watercolor demonstration on
painting colorful Blacks & Whites for W.A.S.H at the Sacramento Fine
Arts Center, 7pm.
Don't forget Art Walk!
Every Second Saturday at Brick Alley Art
Studios in Sacramento, come by and see us creating art and have a
good time ~ 6 to 9pm. My husband Arthur has some awesome ironwork on display
there too!

I absolutely love what you have done with this dog in watercolor! You and Jeannie Vodden have the most amazing color choices in your watercolors!! So much talent. I'm looking forward to her or possibly yourself to be offering a DVD of you painting one of your subjects to share with the rest of us want-to-be artists who don't have as much access to art classes due to our location. Thank you so much for sharing!! Love your work!!

Thank you Gina! I would love to do a DVD one day, and I would love it if Jeannie did one too...she's amazing!
